Estrella Damm is moored at the pontoon off Venture Quays, East Cowes. Close inspection of the photo above shows that the troublesome keel has been lifted. A sad end to her Fastnet Race.

Disappointing to see that Stamina and Endurance have withdrawn from this year’s Fastnet, whilst Lowly Worm seems to have made it as far as Start Point then turned around and be heading back to Cowes. Some 60+ boats had withdrawn by 9:00 this morning. Tracking systems show that some 7 boats had passed the Bishop [...]
