Bell’s Landing is on the seafront at East Cowes, it’s next to the public toilets by Venture Quays.  Both will disappear if current planning applications lodged with the Council by SEEDA receive approval.  There is an application to remove the landing, to be replaced by a ‘public landing’ as part of a proposed marina development.  [...]
